Perhaps the coffee in the scandinavian village was from a scandinavian brand – Growers cup (http://www.growerscup.com/)
Growercup was also in the Scnadinavian Village, but there was a coffee bar with a barista which made this wild trade coffee from Wild-kaffee.de
Tried those Lyo meals in the outdoors last week, they are really good – look and taste like the real deal (good chunks of meat, etc.), and not overly salty. From the photo you took it looks like they now have a cook-in-the-bag versions of the meals, as the ones I had were to be cooked in a pot, not in the bag – need to try and find those once they are available.
He Joni,
these LyoFood meals are superb and I like them really much. Yes you are right. A new cook in the bag version is in plan and they wanna enlarge the meals, because there are not enough calories in a meal at the moment. They told me that they wanna reach a weight of 700g of the ready meal.
